Name – Simply the name of the browser profile. Can be anything you’d like to name it.
Proxy:Port – If you are planning to use an HTTP proxy, enter the IP address or FQDN followed by the port number.
Example would be 111.222.333.444:1234 or testproxy:1234
If you do not plan on using a proxy, leave this field blank.
Proxy Username – If your proxy requires username authentication, enter the required username. If your proxy doesn’t require username or you do not plan on using a proxy, leave the field blank.
Proxy Password – If your proxy requires password authentication, enter the required password. If your proxy doesn’t require password or you do not plan on using a proxy, leave the field blank.
Start Page – This is the default page you’d like the browser to open when it is launched. It can be any website but can also be left blank.
Notes – Notes is to help you keep track of each profile. Enter any notes related to the profile.
User Agent – A user agent is a specific string that tells sites what browser and operating system version you are using. If you leave this blank it will default to your real user agent aka Chrome and most likely Windows 10. You can find a huge list of popular user agents from whatismybrowser.com
Extension – You can install Chrome extensions/addons by clicking the plus sign. You can find extensions at the Chrome Web Store .
Copy and paste the URL of the desired extension and Isolat8 will pull the name of the extension. After saving, the extension will be installed into the browser.
